What do I do if I can’t remember my username/password?
 
If you have forgotten your password, enter you e-mail address in the User Verification box which appears at the bottom of the Login page. Your password will be sent to you. 
 
What do I do if I cannot access my account?
 
Check to make sure you are typing in the correct user name and password. If you continue having problems, send us an e-mail at sales@getherbs.net.

I interrupted my order process/the website went down, will I be charged for the order?
 
If your order was interrupted before you pressed the Complete Order button, you will not be charged for the transaction. Your order will be saved, and you can continue where you left off at a later date. If you pressed the Complete Order button, your order will be processed and you should receive your package.
 

What do I do if I do not receive my ordered package?
 

How fast your package gets to you depends on the type of shipping you choose when ordering. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive. If you do not receive you package after 7 business days, contact your local post office. If this does not solve your problem, please e-mail us at sales@getherbs.net and we will check you order. (If you chose the Delivery Confirmation option, you can go to the US Post Office web site and track your package).
 
What do I do if I receive a damaged package?
 
We are not liable for packages that were damaged once we hand them over to the US Postal Service. Contact the post office first and see if they can reimburse you.

What do I do if I receive the wrong package?
 
Check your order confirmation online to see if the package matches what you ordered. If it does, and you ordered by mistake, we cannot reimburse you. However, if we send you the wrong herbs, contact us and we will send you the right package free of charge. (You will have to return the herbs you received by mistake to us).

How can I cancel my order?
 
Unfortunately, due to the fact that our system is automatically operated, you cannot cancel your order once you click the Submit Order button. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us, and we will try to assist you.
 
Is my credit card information safe?
 
Absolutely. We use PayPal to collect and protect your information.
 
What is PayPal?
 
PayPal is one of the most popular ways to electronically pay for your order. To learn more about it, got to www.paypal.com. To make purchases on our website, you do not need a PayPal account, nor will you be asked to make one. We simply use the system to electronically process you credit card information in the most secure way possible. 

Is there a maximum amount of packages I can order at once?
 
We try to make you herb purchasing experience as easy as possible, thus there is no maximum amount of packages you can order.

Do I need a prescription to order herbs?
 
You do not need a prescription to order herbs. However, you should be cautious and do reasearch before you self-medicate. It is also a good idea to consult and herbalist or a healthcare provider before you order hebrs.
