Blood stagnation Bi pain (painful obstruction syndrome) with underlying Kidney and Liver deficiency presenting with pain in the low back, knees, ankles, extremities, chest or abdomen. May be accompanied by stiffness and weakness and cold or numbness in the limbs. Also effective for Blood stagnation due to Die Da (traumatic injury) or chronic pain due to old injuries presenting with pain, swelling, bruising, and injured tendons and bones. Plum Flower Chinese Herbal Formula
Standard Dosage: 4-6 pills, 3 x day.
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. For acute trauma, dosage may be increased to 4-6 pills every 2-4 hours, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. May be used medium-term for a few weeks to a few months.

Angelica sinensis root, Boswellia carterii resin, Commiphora myrrha resin, Inula helenium root, Salvia miltiorrhiza root, Cinnamomum cassia bark, Rehmannia glutinosa root-prep, Dipsacus asperoides root, Daemonorops draco resin, Corydalis yanhusuo rhizome, Styrax tonkinensis. - Dang gui, Ru xiang, Mo yao, Tu mu xiang, Dan shen, Rou gui, Shu di huang, Xu duan, Xue jie, Yan hu suo, An xi xiang.
Contraindicated during pregnancy, or with hemorrhagic disorders. Use with caution during heavy menstrual bleeding. Use with caution for conditions due to Yin deficiency or excess heat. Use with caution in patients on anti-coagulant therapy.
